You may already eat pretty healthy and exercise well, but you are in a hurry to lose those inches… The body wraps work by making you sweat a lot. Homemade Body Wraps
Outside, in the market, you can find really expensive body wraps, but we are an alternative and controversial blog/magazine so we are gonna give you some of the best homemade body wraps. Note that, as always, we tried them first and we approve them.
You can wrap any problematic area (from belly to feet) and leave the mixture from 3 hours to overnight.
If you will leave it overnight, you will be able to continue losing few inches even for the next day.
1.Apply any of the below mixtures with a gentle massage of circular motions, and wrap well (at least 2 rounds), and tight the problematic areas with a clean film.
2.Make a patch test first, as some of them may cause you irritation, allergy, or overheated. If any of this will happen, remove it immediately and wash thoroughly!
DIY Body Wraps
Mix well 2 tablespoons of coconut oil with 2 tablespoons of Epsom salts, until you make a paste; add any ingredient if it needed more.
Mix camphor, with a little bit of alcohol, baking soda, and Vicks VapoRub until you have a paste. Be careful as the baking soda may cause you irritation.
Massage gently any body lotion you love and wrap tightly the problematic areas.
Apply a thick layer of Vicks VapoRub.
