Tools

  • Pyrex pot
  • A jar
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • Hand mixer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Butter
  • Shea Butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup jojoba oil
  • vanilla essential oil (10 drops)
  • lavender essential oil (10 drops)
  • cedarwood essential oil (10 drops)

Instructions

In order to make the body butter, either as a gift or for you or even to sell it, firstly, you need to mix all the ingredients (except your essential oils) in a Pyrex pot and bring it to medium/or low heat. Secondly, stir with a wooden spoon, until your mixture will be completely melted.

Thirly, remove the mixture from heat, add your essential oils (vanilla, lavender, and cedar wood).

Let it cool for 30 minutes and place it in the fridge for 1 – 3 hours (until the mixture will be a bit hard).

With a hand mixer, whip the mixture, for maximum, 15 minutes in order to create a cloudy effect.

Add the mixture in your pretty jar and let it set in the fridge for another 20 minutes.

You can store in the fridge or to a cool place.
