- A medium bowl
- A Pyrex pan
- 40g of fresh organic lemongrass
- 10 ml organic Rosewater
- 2-4 drops of lemongrass essential oil (optional)
Firstly, finely chopped your lemongrass and add it to the boiling water.
Secondly, let the mixture stand for 30 minutes to infuse. Add the rose water and the essential oil.
Inhale the steam for about 1-2 minutes, in order to let your skin absorb it. Repeat, if needed.
